VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Katy, TX, is looking for a dedicated part-time Swim Team member who will work closely with the Head Swim Coach to manage our Swim Team. Candidates should have a competitive swimming background and experience in instructing swim lessons, along with necessary lifeguard and first aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year instructing swim lessons.
• Coaching experience preferred.
• 16 years of age with Lifeguard Certification; 18 years for other safety certifications.
• American Swimming Coaches Association – Level 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Swim Coach to manage the Villa Sport Swim Team.
• Ensure safety and effective programming.
• Organize and execute swim programs with minimal supervision.

Skills

Familiarity with aquatics industry

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Competitive swimming background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education

Associate’s Degree preferred
