Job summary

Blackbird Health in Sterling, VA, is hiring a part-time Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children and families both virtually and in-person. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, build strong patient relationships, and support treatment engagement for ages 2–26, including caregivers.

The role requires after-hours availability and a Virginia license path (LCSW/LPC/LPC-R/LMFT or LMSW with SISW).

Qualifications

• Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R or LMFT.
• LMSW with SISW or eligible to obtain SISW.
• 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth experience.
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Provide therapy to ages 2–26 and support caregivers.
• Manage caseload and maintain flexible hours after 3pm.
