Job summary

Blackbird Health in Burke, VA is seeking a part-time therapist to deliver virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build strong therapeutic relationships, assess needs, and educate families on treatment approaches as part of an interdisciplinary team.

We welcome clinicians with a Virginia license (LCSW/LPC/LPC-R/LMFT) and LMSW with SISW or SISW eligibility. Flexible hours after 3pm ET on weekdays or weekends are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care
