Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an LPC-R/Resident in Counseling to provide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults in Centreville/Vienna, VA. You will work with families, attend an interdisciplinary team, and deliver both virtual and in-person services.

Multiple tracks available (LPC-R contractor or W2 part-time). Competitive pay per session and benefits; guaranteed caseload and support with credentialing and billing.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia (LPC-LPC-R or equivalent) and have 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• Telehealth or virtual care experience is required.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care and collaborative care across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers (in-person and virtual).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Build relationships with patients and families and support engagement in treatment.
