Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist in Sterling, VA to join a hybrid, full-time team. You will provide individual therapy to children and teens, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and develop tailored treatment plans in a supportive care environment.

You’ll work with families, maintain detailed records, and participate in ongoing professional development. Flexible after-school hours and weekends are available, with full benefits and a competitive base

Qualifications

• Virginia LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year experience providing individual therapy to children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual care.
• Flexibility to work after 3pm ET and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve families and caregivers as appropriate.
