Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Waukesha is looking for a fully licensed LPC or LCSW who is passionate about providing therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+) in a supportive outpatient setting.

Whether your approach includes play therapy, CBT, DBT-informed care, family systems, art-based interventions, or other evidence-based modalities, we believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to practice authentically.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LPC or LCSW (or Wisconsin equivalent).
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, pediatricians, and other providers as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation including assessments and progress notes.
