Job summary

Ellie Mental Health North Wales is seeking licensed therapists (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) for outpatient services. The role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and a rent-free, spacious office.

You will provide individual and family therapy with some Telehealth options and collaborate across a dynamic team to meet community needs. Candidates should have a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, 2–3 years outpatient experience, and proficiency with clinical documentation and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college.
• Must have LMFT/LCSW/LPC licensure.
• Experience completing clinical documentation: assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• 2–3 years of outpatient mental health treatment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; timely documentation.
• Ability to set and model appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort with diverse client populations and Telehealth options.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans per policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (full-time).
• Collaborate with the team to meet community needs.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with families, school staff, and other Ellie personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings; contribute to team culture.
