Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Williamsburg is seeking licensed therapists to join a growing outpatient team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with sessions in-office and virtual care, supporting children and adolescents.

Billing, credentialing, and client acquisition are handled centrally to allow clinicians to focus on care. Applicants must hold an active clinical license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW, etc.) and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
