Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is hiring a Child & Adolescent Therapist to empower youth and families in behavioral health. You will join a clinical team that prioritizes growth, license progression, and sustainable practice while delivering high-quality care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians, with supportive supervision and ongoing education to advance your career in a community-focused setting.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background that leads to or results in professional licensing.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists.
