Job summary
New Directions Mental Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to empower clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance authorizations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff and fellow therapists.
