Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Pursuing clinical licensure (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW) in Illinois.
• Experience completing treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health needs and create treatment plans per policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload and document sessions.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to support goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with families, schools, and medical staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
