Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Itasca clinic is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to provide individual therapy across a multi-location practice in the Chicago western suburbs. You will assess mental health conditions, create treatment plans, document sessions, and coordinate with clients, families, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field; on track to licensure
• Candidates should have or be pursuing clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc)
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and maintain professional boundaries

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement a treatment plan with ongoing documentation
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (monthly target 110 sessions)
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
