Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Illinois is seeking experienced therapists to join our Deerfield/Bannockburn team. This clinician-centered practice offers autonomy, a supportive culture, and the operational support to focus on high-quality care.

You will manage a substantial caseload with private-practice freedom and telehealth options, while receiving supervision, credentialing support, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health is required.
• Illinois licensure or pre-licensure is expected.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality therapy services to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time).
• Deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
