Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to support kids, teens, and families in Bannockburn/Deerfield with hybrid in-person and telehealth options. You’ll benefit from clinical autonomy plus infrastructure, marketing, and admin support to grow a rewarding private-practice career.

Ideal candidates hold an IL license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/LSW) or are pre-licensed with relevant experience, and enjoy working with anxiety, ADHD, and family dynamics in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field and active Illinois credential or enrolled licensure.
• Experience with children/adolescents and families; ability to engage parents when clinically appropriate.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, dependable care and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents.
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and school partners as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Work toward approx. 25 sessions per week for full-time status.
• Partner with colleagues and referral partners and participate in supervision.
