Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or licensure-pursuing clinicians for multi-location private practice in the Chicago Western Suburbs (Itasca, Downers Grove & Oak Brook). The role offers full-time W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team dedicated to destigmatizing mental health.

Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, developing treatment plans, documenting sessions, and coordinating with care teams while maintaining a healthy caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidate is on track to obtain licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc).
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Experience with a diverse client base and common office tech.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a minimum caseload for full-time status (27 visits per week).
• Apply creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
