Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - 026 is seeking licensed and in-training therapists to join our multi-location private practice in the Chicago Western Suburbs (Downers Grove, Oak Brook & Itasca). We value creativity, acceptance, and authenticity while offering work-life balance and flexible scheduling to support clinicians and clients alike.

New clients are scheduled via our online system or routed by our care team; billing and insurance processing are handled to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure.
• Candidates should have or be pursuing clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc).
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain boundaries with clients and document services timely.
• Comfort working with diverse client base and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans per policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload for full-time clinicians (27 visits/week).
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
