Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for children, adolescents and families
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Develop and implement a care plan with consumer input
• Document assessments, plans and progress
• Collaborate with other providers and agencies in the network of care
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policy and legal requirements
