Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology.
• One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult populations in residential or community-based settings.
• Licensed in RI preferred (LSW/LCSW/LICSW/LMHC).
• Driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver in-home individual, family therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Document case information in EHR and state platforms.
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure integrated care.
• Supervise Masters-level clinicians and interns as needed.
• Position requires some early evenings and paid on-call rotation.
