Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or PA-C with psychiatry credentials to join its provider network in Erie. You will conduct 60-minute intake visits, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications, with both in-person and telehealth options.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and evidence-based practice, and offers flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted US state license (PMHNP or PA).
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Preference for minors experience and for active DEA license.
