Job summary

Lyra Health in Lewes, Delaware is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential mental health care within our provider network. You will conduct live 30‑minute video intake appointments and follow-up visits, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults.

Candidates must hold PMHNP or specialized PA qualifications, have an unrestricted license, DEA, and at least two years of practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted PMHNP license or PA credential with psychiatry certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in mental health.
• Active DEA license preferred for this role.
• Experience with minors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive care to children and adolescents.
