Horizon Bank in Austin is seeking a SVP, Treasury Management to lead the treasury function, shape strategy, and deliver high-impact solutions for business clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in treasury
• Proven track record leading treasury teams including senior bankers and implementation staff
• Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to growth initiatives
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top treasury talent

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Horizon’s Treasury Management function and team
• Build and scale a best-in-class Treasury team through recruitment and development
• Collaborate across Lending, Deposit Operations, STRATA Trust, and other lines for seamless client experiences
• Serve as strategic advisor to key customers and identify tailored treasury solutions
• Lead product strategy for Treasury Management and shape the roadmap
• Own growth strategy to expand market share and fee income
• Guide complex sales efforts with value-based proposals
• Represent Horizon in the community and build market presence
• Leverage data and market insights to improve treasury offerings
• Be a hands-on leader and model teamwork and problem-solving
• Contribute to broader Horizon initiatives and special projects
• Other duties as assigned
