You will guide safety professionals, partner with operations leadership, and drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role emphasizes data-driven risk reduction, incident investigations, and the development of training programs to strengthen organizational safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 8+ years in transportation safety, fleet safety, risk management, or compliance.
• 5+ years in leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s transportation safety strategy, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership to safety professionals and teams supporting safety and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with operations to set safety priorities and performance expectations across transportation and logistics.
• Monitor safety performance, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead investigations and ensure corrective actions for accidents, incidents, and safety events.
