Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years equivalent work experience in a senior manager level.
• Minimum 10 years management experience in Airline Catering and/or fleet management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities to meet labor targets and space utilization.
• Coordinate transportation routing and flight delivery schedules.
• Interface with customers and employees to ensure expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, Federal, State and local policies.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and compliance with DOT and related regulations.
• Supervise and coach lower level managers on daily operations.
• Review wage/hour compliance and ensure rest/break policies are followed.
• Train and monitor employees on procedures to maximize productivity and control costs.
