Qualifications

• This leader will own a multi-state transportation operation supporting 96+ drivers across 6 states and 17 domiciles.
• Role reports to the site senior operations manager and partners closely with a parallel warehouse/cross-dock OM.

Responsibilities

• Full transportation operations: routing, dispatch, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and staffing.
• Controllable within the transportation portion of the site P&L (fleet sizing, PM compliance, staffing budget).
• Direct customer interface on delivery issues, route delays, and escalations.
• Building a culture of accountability, follow-up, and consistent policy execution.
• On-call for critical incidents (accidents, injuries, safety).
• Establish accountability around on-time departure and customer performance.
