This role focuses on capacity planning, resource utilization, and service execution, partnering with agents, Contract Truckmen, customers, and internal teams to improve performance and profitability.

You will drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of transportation/logistics/fleet operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations across multiple product lines with focus on capacity planning and service execution.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize capacity and utilization of fleet and Contract Truckmen.
• Partner with agents, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor volume, capacity, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and technology enhancements to achieve operational excellence.
