You will build a high-performing team, manage complex programs across business and technology, and communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders while driving adoption

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, strategy execution, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Deep expertise in translating strategy into prioritized capabilities and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business transformation function, aligning with technology leadership to deliver a multi-year program.
• Establish and oversee the transformation roadmap, governance, and value realization.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and executive reporting at the highest level.
• Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
• Foster a high-performing transformation team and drive accountability for results.
