Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree, PharmD, or pharmacy-related advanced degree highly preferred.
- Extensive healthcare contracting and negotiation experience with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and performance-improvement skills.
- Expertise in GTN economics, rebates, and pharmacy channel contracting.
- Ability to leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to modernize contracting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive partnerships with manufacturers and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and execute high-value contracts from term sheet to revenue booking.
- Develop pricing, rebate, and value-based models to drive growth and member value.
- Drive contracting innovation, automation, and AI adoption in trade operations.
- Present at executive briefings and influence strategic decision-making.
