Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC in Carrollton, GA, is seeking a strategic Total Rewards and People & Culture technology leader to design and run integrated rewards programs and HRIS platforms. You will partner with executive leadership to align compensation, benefits, retirement, recognition and wellness with business goals and governance standards.

The role leads a team, oversees P&C systems, analytics, reporting, and vendor relations, and drives a data-driven employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Specialized Degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, P&C systems, HRIS, workforce analytics, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an integrated Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Oversees compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, and executive compensation programs for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Leads design, governance, and administration of P&C technology platforms including HRIS and analytics tools.
• Provides strategic guidance to executives and boards on rewards strategies, analytics, and governance.
• Ensures data integrity, security, and compliance across all P&C systems.
