Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to lead strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition across the enterprise. You will partner with the CHRO and senior leaders to modernize programs, build scalable processes, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards with senior leadership experience.
• Experience with Workday Compensation, Benefits, and related HR modules.
• Proven track record building and transforming total rewards programs in complex or high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, incentive design, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead design, administration, and governance of base salary, incentives, and long-term incentives.
• Oversee annual compensation cycles, merit reviews, promotions, and market reviews.
• Drive benefits strategy, vendor optimization, and employee education on programs.
• Build scalable processes, governance, and automation across total rewards.
