Responsibilities

Own and evolve firmwide talent strategy — performance, succession, and promotion processes.
Lead leadership development and executive coaching at scale.
Oversee succession planning and talent mapping with actionable plans.
Drive organizational effectiveness and AI-enabled capability from a people perspective.
Partner with COEs and senior leadership to ensure disciplined execution.
Lead a high-caliber global talent team and model Apollo culture.
