This is a hands-on, high-velocity role requiring initiative and accountability. You will own employer branding, university partnerships, and internship programs while reporting to the President.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in startups or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach with ability to work across levels.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and social media for sourcing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment across the company and manage external recruiters.
• Engage candidates directly and move them from contact to offer.
• Build strategic talent networks with founders, investors, and industry.
• Develop and promote SSI's employer brand.
• Lead events, campus outreach, and internship program.
• Report recruitment metrics and ROI to the President.
