• Strengthen employer brand and ensure a differentiated candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, systems, and analytics to improve performance.
• Oversee diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives within hiring practices.
• Own TA budget and manage relationships with external partners such as search firms and agencies.
