Job summary

The Los Rios Community College District seeks an Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Services to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for district-wide student services including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, and Health and Wellness.

This role partners with college leaders, IT, Instruction, and Institutional Research to implement policies and systems that improve access, equity, enrollment, persistence, and completion, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution by time of hire.
• Five years of progressively responsible administrative and leadership experience, including at least three years supervising a college or district-wide program or department.
• Equity-minded focus, and ability to foster an inclusive educational and employment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for district-wide student services (A&R, Financial Aid, Health and Wellness).
• Oversee student services across the district's four colleges, ensuring high-quality, compliant services.
• Lead districtwide planning, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate with college leadership, IT, Instruction, and Institutional Research to implement districtwide strategies.
• Develop budgets and supervise staff, focusing on equitable access and student success.
