Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and supervision of complex student services programs.
• Strong understanding of equity-focused student support.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversee and direct the Student Services division and programs.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and policy development aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate campus-wide initiatives to improve student equity, enrollment, and retention.
• Develop and implement accountability and reporting for programs and activities.
