Job summary

Los Rios Community College District seeks an Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Services to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for districtwide student services, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, and Health and Wellness. The position also coordinates counseling and support programs and serves as District Advisor to the Student Trustee.

The Associate Vice Chancellor partners with college leadership and IT to implement districtwide

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; minimum five years of administrative leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing college or district-wide programs and budgets.
• Equity-minded approach to student services and inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for districtwide student services.
• Oversee Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Health and Wellness, and counseling services.
• Lead districtwide policy development, system enhancements, and program evaluation.
• Supervise managers and staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the District in external organizations and senior leadership discussions.
