Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in student services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Admissions and Records and Financial Aid across all colleges.
• Guide districtwide student services systems modernization and policy development.
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, and long-term financial strategy for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with District IT, Institutional Research, and college leadership to implement scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead governance structures for student systems implementation and continuous improvement.
• Advance equity-centered practices and ensure accessible services across sites.
