Legacy Healthcare seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to lead hospital liaisons, align census growth with budget, ROI, and an effective business plan.

You will ensure orientation for new HLs, conduct annual and quarterly reviews, and drive professional growth across multiple facilities in long-term care. Strong planning, communication, and people development are essential to anticipate trends and sustain progress.

Competenze

• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible for multi site management and staff development experience in long-term care.

Mansioni

• Develops census and mix objectives with the budget and business plan; ensures sales/marketing plans maximize census.
• Monitors daily census and monthly results; sets goals if targets are not met.
• Orients newly hired Hospital Liaisons and conducts annual and quarterly performance reviews.
