Job summary

Kelly is seeking a senior executive to serve as Head of Corporate Strategy and Development, reporting to the CFO. This Virtual/Remote role leads long-range planning, enterprise execution, and corporate development, including M&A and integration efforts.

The candidate combines top-tier strategy intellect with deal experience and executive presence to influence a complex, matrixed organization. The successful candidate will guide strategic priorities, manage external relationships with investors

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in strategy, corporate development, and enterprise execution.
• Proven track record leading complex deals from origination to close, with governance of M&A processes.
• Experience building enterprise planning processes and advising C-suite and Board stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence a matrixed organization and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with investors, partners, and industry bodies; strategic storytelling.
• Fluency in AI-enabled strategy, analytics workflows, and usage of CRM, PM, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy, set 3–5 year plans and the long-range plan (LRP).
• Own corporate development from pipeline sourcing to post-merger integration.
• Govern deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.
• Lead integration planning and manage external advisors and divestitures.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations on integrated planning.
• Chair governance forums and track KPIs for strategy execution.
