Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Store Planning & Design to lead the production, governance, and delivery of new-store prototypes, formats, layouts, fixture standards, and store-planning solutions.

This executive converts enterprise strategies into buildable, cost-effective store packages for execution across the new-store pipeline. The role owns the operating system from approved prototype to turnover, while directing remodel and sales-initiative planning for the

Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail store planning or design leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site new-store programs from prototype to execution.
• Grocery/retail domain experience preferred.
• Strong governance, stage gates, and change-control practices.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-store prototypes, formats, layouts, and fixture standards.
• Own production of site-specific floor plans and equipment layouts.
• Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Establish handoffs between Merchandising Space Planning and Store Planning & Design.
• Provide leadership to an executive-level Store Planning & Design organization.
