Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations across departments, drive sales, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. You will lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers, ensuring consistency and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with P&L, safety, sanitation, staffing, and training.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical and decisive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping, attendance, and HR software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Drive store sales, team engagement, and customer advocacy through strong leadership.
• Model Sprouts values and shape store culture.
• Oversee inventory, invoicing, and backroom organization for efficiency.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures compliance.
• Communicate policies, updates, and training needs to store teams.
• Address emergencies and issues with urgency and sound judgment.
• Maintain P&L ownership by managing labor, inventory, and expenses.
