Job summary

The Community Solution Education System is seeking a Director of Solution Delivery to provide strategic leadership for the organization’s solution delivery function. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring governance, planning, and adoption of technology-enabled initiatives across the institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
• PMP certification preferred
• LEAN or related professional certifications desirable
• Strong leadership and collaboration across IT and business
• Experience with governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for continuous evolution of Business Analysis and Project Management standards and best practices.
• Oversee the organization's project portfolio and partner with leaders to remove barriers to successful implementation.
• Balance day-to-day delivery with advancement of delivery capabilities.
• Develop and improve project governance, intake, prioritization, executive gates, and portfolio practices.
• Provide executive visibility into project health, capacity, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Lead executive dashboards and portfolio reporting to inform decisions.
