Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Enterprise Software.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct technical management.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with SDLC process, coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily solution development and administration of system implementation.
• Oversees relevant budgets and monitors resource allocation across projects.
• Completes performance evaluations and recommends personnel actions.
• Formulates processes and standards consistent with Agile product management.

Skills

Knowledge of Cloud Services on AWS and Azure

Knowledge of Custom Development in Java/.Net

Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL

Knowledge of Cybersecurity

Skill in leading large teams delivering Enterprise Solutions

Skill in supporting mission-critical applications

Skill in verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology using Jira

Education

Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business or a related field
