Ministry Brands seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness of the software engineering organization. Reporting to the CTO, you will guide multiple teams building products for churches and ministries.

You will shape architecture, modernize platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities while balancing speed, security, and reliability for thousands of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering; 10+ years leading engineering orgs.
• Experience with AI, SaaS, or multi-product environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the software engineering org.
• Lead multiple teams and managers to build scalable products.
• Partner with CTO and executives to define technology roadmap.
• Oversee delivery, quality, and security of software initiatives.
