Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a VP of Professional Services to lead the delivery organization across Professional Services, Custom Development, Help Desk, and Managed Services. You will own P&L performance, drive profitability, and partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to convert demand into value.

You will oversee delivery governance, client satisfaction, and scalable operations while mentoring leaders and building a customer-focused culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive-level P&L ownership and financial discipline.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology services teams.
• Strong understanding of profitability, utilization, and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-service delivery portfolio and set strategy for Professional Services and related operations.
• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Drive profitable delivery, establish delivery practices, and improve quality and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope solutions and plan pipelines.
• Oversee Help Desk, Managed Services, and Custom Development delivery.
• Develop scalable operating discipline with KPIs and governance.
