Job summary

The ideal candidate will oversee claims oversight, loss control, and litigation support while ensuring DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and state regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in transportation safety, regulatory compliance, or risk management with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; leadership experience required.
• Deep knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, CSA, OSHA and state regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management strategy.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, OSHA compliance across fleet operations.
• Improve CSA performance and reduce accidents.
• Oversee claims, loss control, and litigation support.
• Lead accident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Manage qualification reviews for contractors and drivers.
• Develop safety policies, programs, and management systems.
• Monitor DOT records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic safety insights.
• Drive safety technology initiatives and audits.
