Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare information systems experience supporting revenue cycle and patient management applications.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams, projects, and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience supporting EHR platforms and integrated healthcare applications.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and Patient Management workflows from registration through reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide implementations, upgrades, integrations, acquisitions, conversions, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issue resolution, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
• Support hospital openings, acquisitions, and operational integrations through planning, training, onsite support, and stabilization activities.
• Oversee implementation methodologies and ensure successful transition of projects into operational support.
