Job summary

PAM Health seeks a strategic technology leader to align information systems with revenue cycle objectives. You will drive enterprise-wide implementations, optimize patient management and billing applications, and ensure governance of data, security, and vendor relationships.

The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare IT leadership experience, strong vendor management, and expertise in EHR, HL7, and interoperability. Opportunity to influence enterprise budgeting and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar extensive experience.
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, or related discipline.
Experience with post-acute care or hospital-based healthcare organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide implementations, upgrades, integrations, acquisitions, conversions, and optimization initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issue resolution, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
