Job summary

Ascension Search Partners is retained by a rapidly growing, private equity-backed financial services platform to hire their Chief Revenue Officer who will design and scale the next phase of its growth.

This executive will own the revenue architecture, including multi-channel distribution, partnerships, revenue operations, pricing, and KPIs, reporting to the CEO and working with the leadership team to create sustainable long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling revenue engines in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in wealth/asset management or related sectors.
• Experience with intermediary partnerships and multi-channel distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the company's revenue engine across multiple channels.
• Own pricing, positioning and revenue forecasting with KPI ownership.
• Lead go-to-market architecture and sales leadership to enable growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive asset growth and long-term value.
