Job summary

Socure is seeking a proven Head of Sales to drive the next growth phase toward a $1B+ ARR target by 2028. This executive will own revenue performance across new logo acquisition, expansion, and scalable partner-led motions within core verticals.

Reporting to the President and CCO, the Head of Sales will manage a ~100-person commercial organization, embedding data-driven processes and AI-enabled GTM to improve forecast accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior, diversified sales leadership roles, including enterprise-scale CRO or EVP/SVP level.
• Proven track record leading 100+ person commercial organizations across multiple verticals.
• Experience with high-ACV enterprise sales, multi-year contracts, and multi-stakeholder decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the company revenue number and multi-year growth trajectory toward $1B ARR by 2028.
• Lead Pod Leaders across verticals, ensuring strategy, accountability, and execution.
• Develop, retain, and coach a ~100-person commercial organization with clear performance standards.
• Align Sales, Account Management, and Channel teams around a unified go-to-market plan.
