Corebridge Financial is seeking a Managing Director, Ceded Reinsurance to shape and execute the enterprise reinsurance strategy across ceded and affiliate programs. You will oversee structuring, governance, and administration while partnering with reinsurers, regulators, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on profitability, risk management, and long-term enterprise value with a leadership mandate to develop a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• 10+ years related experience with complex accounts
• Progressive experience in managing teams and reinsurance transactions
• Experience sourcing and structuring reinsurance transactions
• Ability to develop and execute multi-year roadmaps
• Clear communicator, influencer, and facilitator

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the enterprise ceded reinsurance strategy to optimize profitability, capital efficiency and risk management.
• Lead the negotiation, execution, and governance of reinsurance agreements and ongoing oversight.
• Manage reinsurer, regulator, and industry relationships to protect enterprise interests.
• Provide governance of Bermuda and offshore affiliate reinsurance operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team and champion inclusive culture.
